The Oakland and Alameda County Eviction Moratoriums are being challenged in the Northern District of California Federal Court in Williams et al v. Alameda County et al. There was a recent hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment which the Judge took under submission and is expected to issue a decision "soon."
